Growing up, working for the family business never crossed my mind. I wanted to be a basketball player or join a soccer team in England. I later compromised to earn an associates degree in Printing and Publishing from MATC in 2007 and worked in the printing industry for 2 years. I pursued an opportunity at Lerdahl because it offered me a career path in a smaller company with opportunity to work on projects independently and release my audacious creativity. LBI's leadership runs with true, honest integrity, different than the integrity most companies claim to have, and that's why I continue to work for the family business. I also get to choose from hundreds of comfy chairs to sit in everyday. Outside of work I enjoy photography, skiing, prison ministry, fighting against human trafficking through International Justice Mission, and gardening with my wife in the Blackhawk Church Food Pantry Garden.
