Getting to Work
Taking all of the information we have gathered from you in the Preliminary Design phase it is time to create a concept using our design expertise. Schematic block plans are created showing space allocation, square footage, circulation patterns and adjacencies.
Here, developments of typical workstation layouts are produced for budget purposes and/or for incorporation into the complete floor plan where initial 2-D and 3-D drawings can be created for your review.
Product evaluation also begins here. Image, budget, aesthetics and quality all play a role in product selections. Let us take you on a LBI Showroom tour. We have many of our main products on the floor including Lerdahl Walls, Private Offices/Desks, Workstations, Seating, Tables and Files.
In addition, Customer Site Visits, Manufacturer Showroom Tour at the Merchandise Mart or a Vendor Factory Tour can also be arranged. Brochures and our website can introduce you to our many other vendor offerings.
Our Design Library offers a collaboration space for the development of your interiors concept. With wallcovering, flooring, surface materials, ceiling treatments and product samples available we will begin to discuss and arrange initial finish concepts for your space.
