Coming from the westbound beltline, take the “Spring Green, La Crosse” exit and turn right at the lights onto US Hwy. 14. Follow US Hwy. 14 for approx. 1.6mi.—we are on the right hand side of the road. Turn right onto Capitol Ct. -- our driveway is immediately to the left.
Coming from downtown, take University Avenue which becomes US Hwy. 14. You will pass under the beltline and continue until it merges to one lane. Capitol Ct. is the second right after the lane merge. Turn right onto Capitol Ct. -- our driveway is immediately to the left.

2. I’m interested in used furniture – can I see that at your showroom?
Most of the used product that we sell is stored in warehouses and is not set up for viewing in our showroom. Photos of used furniture can be viewed on our website. To inquire about used furniture, please call our office 608-831-1010.
3. How long does it take to get furniture?
Because we do not stock anything and most furniture is made to order by the manufacturer, furniture can take 2-6 weeks to ship to our warehouse from the time that it is ordered. The actual lead time is determined by the manufacturer and will depend on what is ordered, the quantity of items, the specific finishes, etc.
Some manufacturers offer quick ship options, which amounts to faster lead times, usually 3-10 days. Outside of actual manufacturing and shipping time, remember to allow time for design and development of your project as well as installation of the furniture after it arrives in our warehouse. We estimate 1-2 weeks for installation after receipt of the product.
4. Do you offer financing services, such as leasing options?
Yes we do! Cash is king in today’s economy and leasing can be an alternative that may help companies retain cash but still provide their employees with a great environment. We offer a few different alternatives. Ask us about your options.
5. We would like furniture and products that are green. Can you help us?
Many of the manufacturers who we partner with have a commitment to sustainable products. LBI can work with you to find the environmentally-conscious solutions for your space. We’re also equipped to assist in LEED certification.

6. How do I care for my furniture?
Care for furniture will depend on the materials and construction. Most care instructions can be found on the manufacturer’s website. Your project consultant can also provide that information for you.
7. Why aren’t electrical and data services included with my workstation proposal?
Electricians and data specialists are trained professionals who are certified to perform those services. LBI installers are not certified electricians, so a qualified professional must be available to handle those tasks at the time of furniture installation. Most companies have existing relationships with these contractors or have bid separately on those services. If you do not have a preferred electrician or data provider, LBI can recommend a provider.
