Brett Linskens is an experienced sales and business development professional with a career spanning both retail and sales management. A Madison native, Brett earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Communications from UW-Whitewater, with a minor in Human Resources. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Brett thrives on understanding his clients’ businesses, ensuring that every project aligns with their long-term goals. He values a consultative approach, asking thoughtful questions and respecting the decision-making process to guide clients toward the best outcomes. His passion for teamwork and collaboration extends beyond sales—he enjoys working closely with designers and project managers to create seamless and efficient solutions. Outside of work, Brett is deeply involved in his family’s activities. He spends much of his time coaching his children’s soccer and basketball teams. An avid outdoorsman, he also enjoys fishing on Madison’s lakes.

Caitlin Fons is an experienced workplace solutions consultant with a background in interior and environmental design. A graduate of Illinois State University, she began her career as a designer before transitioning into sales, where she leverages her expertise to guide clients through every stage of their projects.
With over a decade at LERDAHL, Caitlin has played a key role in Milwaukee’s commercial interiors market, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, design, and operations. Her approach prioritizes building strong client relationships, understanding needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance workplace functionality.
Caitlin’s upbringing on a hobby farm fostered a strong work ethic and a deep sense of responsibility—qualities that have been instrumental in her professional success. Chris Komosa has been with LERDAHL for over a decade, transitioning from a designer to an account executive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from UW-Stevens Point and has built a diverse career working in dealerships and healthcare design. Her extensive experience in design allows her to think spatially and offer immediate, practical solutions to clients’ design challenges, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to completion.
Chris thrives on collaboration, working closely with designers, project managers, and client services teams to create unique and functional spaces. She has a keen ability to understand clients’ needs and guide them through the process with efficiency and expertise.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid traveler. Whether hiking, biking, or camping, she loves the outdoors and is a self-proclaimed mountain enthusiast. Chris’ love for exploration is mirrored in her approach to design—always seeking new experiences and inspiration.

Dawn Eikamp is a skilled interior designer with extensive experience in both residential and commercial design. She holds a degree in Interior Design from Iowa State University, and began her career in South Florida, where she focused on retail and hospitality projects. After returning to her hometown of Dubuque, Dawn worked with a preservation architect and later co-founded a design and art business with her husband. For the past five years, she has been on the LERDAHL team, leveraging her expertise to transform workspaces into functional, beautiful environments.
Dawn is passionate about giving back to her community, serving on the executive board of Dubuque’s Habitat for Humanity and volunteering with Bluff Strokes, a local nonprofit that brings artists together to revitalize the city. She is deeply committed to fostering positive change in Dubuque through thoughtful design and community engagement.
Her approach to design emphasizes the importance of creating spaces that people feel a true connection to, ensuring each project is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Kris Lerdahl-Foust is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in managing teams and driving growth. With a background in communications and management, Kris brings a unique perspective to her role as Director, Sales and Marketing at LERDAHL. Her career path has equipped her with a deep appreciation for creating functional, efficient spaces that foster both employee satisfaction and business success.

Kristi Thering brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career that spans graphic design, philanthropy, and leadership. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Kristi initially built her career as a print broker and graphic designer. Over time, she expanded her skill set, earning a Master’s degree in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University, which propelled her into a career in nonprofit fundraising. She served as the Director of Development for several nonprofits, including Edgewood High School, Circus World Museum in Baraboo and the Great Circus Parade in Milwaukee, and statewide as Executive Director of the 4H Foundation, while also consulting and directing sales and marketing for organizations like the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Her journey led her to a role as sales project consultant then General Manager at LERDAHL where she became a partner and later took on the role of Executive VP. Kristi thrives in creating environments where employees can feel productive, demonstrating her commitment to building a culture of belonging both inside and outside the workplace. She is proud of the work we do at LERDAHL to make our clients, and their employees not just work in the spaces we create but thrive. She has been President of the Board of Directors of the Sun Prairie Public Library Foundation and lead the sponsorship efforts for the Farm Technology Days in Dane County. Kristi currently serves on Christian Faith Moravian Church – Trustees committee. She is looking for a way to help to promote Brain Health and support families impacted by this disease.
Outside of work, Kristi is a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family.

Laurie Richards has been with LERDAHL for over 35 years. During this time, she has taken on various roles, including managing design, project coordination, and furniture sales. Today, Laurie is focused on larger project consulting and business development, helping to lead the company toward its continued success. In addition to her role as a project consultant, she became a partner at LERDAHL in 2019. Laurie builds strong client relationships through listening, transparency, and fulfilling promises.
Laurie holds a degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and she is passionate about blending creativity with business, a theme that has been a constant throughout her career.
Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time at her family’s home in northern Wisconsin, staying active with daily exercise, trying new recipes, and painting with watercolor and acrylic.

Matheu Girouard, a native of Appleton, Wisconsin, began his career with a background in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. After working in marketing roles in both Chicago and Madison, Matheu joined LERDAHL as marketing manager and has transitioned his career to being an Account Executive. His passion for understanding complex client needs and delivering creative solutions eventually led him to his current role as an account executive.
Matheu has three kids and pets, which keep his home lively and full of energy. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like running, biking, hunting, fishing, and enjoys playing on his recreation league basketball team.

Pamela Gjersvig is a seasoned professional in the furniture industry with over 15 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Pamela holds a degree in interpersonal communications. She has a deep commitment to helping clients create functional and beautiful spaces that meet their needs, whether it’s addressing staff retention challenges or working within tight budgets and timelines.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys traveling, particularly to Europe, with Italy being a favorite destination. She values family and community and aims to bring those elements into her own life. Pamela is married and is the proud mother of two children. Her love for adventure is reflected in both her personal and professional life, where she embraces challenges and solutions.

Tim Lerdahl has been with LERDAHL for over 35 years and has served as the President since 2019. Tim is known for his transparent, people-centric approach. He is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction, consistently delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Outside of his work, Tim maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying winter sports such as skiing, snowmobiling, and ice skating, as well as summer activities including running, biking, water skiing, boating, surfing, and golfing.
In addition to his recreational interests, Tim has a deep appreciation for music. He is a member of the band The Wannabes and participated in a barbershop quartet throughout high school and into his adult life.
Tim is also committed to mentoring others, both professionally and personally. He finds fulfillment in guiding young individuals, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth and community engagement.
